The story:                                                                                                
On my birthday on 2007, while I was in London, I cooked Friday night dinner, as always, in Cheryl’s house for my family and friends. Annette, my cousin, asked me all the time how I prepared the meals. She asked me again, and again, and again, and again and again. That’s when the idea struck my mind! I told her that when I get back to Israel, every week while I cook for Shabbat, I will take photos of the meal preparation and send them to her by mail. Suddenly, I found myself cooking with my spatula in one hand, and my camera in the other.     People were so fascinated with the idea, that I decided to take my little project to the next level – my very own cooking website.

On my website, you will get high quality, tasty meals that don’t take much time to prepare. I use only the best products I can find to ensure that when the meal is served, it is unforgettable. But don’t let this fool you… there is one thing that you can’t buy in any supermarket…

איך הכל התחיל:
ביום הולדתי בשנת 2007, בעת אחד מביקורי הקבועים בלונדון, הכנתי (כהרגלי) את ארוחת ערב שבת לקראת בואם של בני המשפחה והחברים. אנט, בת דודתי, בעלת שורשים פולניים טהורים, לא הפסיקה ולו לרגע לשאול אותי כיצד הכנתי את הארוחה. היא שאלה ושאלה, שאלה ושאלה. עד שבסוף אמרתי לה שכשאגיע חזרה ארצה, אשלח לה מצגת עם הארוחות. והנה, מזה כמה שבועות אני מוצא עצמי ביד אחת מכין את ארוחות שבת וביד השנייה המצלמה, ואחר-כך עוד עמל שעות על המיילים לשלוח לאנט את המתכונים.

כך הכול התחיל....

המוטו שלי בכל הקשור לבישול הוא לבשל ברמה גבוהה אבל בקלות ובזמן קצר ככל האפשר ובניצול המקסימלי של המשאבים העומדים לרשותנו לכן כדאי להשקיע במצרכים טובים והכי חשוב לעבוד עם הרגש ולא עם השכל.
